Salem Rugby Club
Salem is a local Rugby Union club in Bradford.
One of my closest friends is now a coach, having played and been involved with the club for many years.
I was asked to bring my camera along one overcast Sunday morning to a rugby festival for the girls teams.
The aim was to create more interest around girls rugby.
Playing and been involved in a team sport such as this has endless benefits, both physically and mentally.
